India, US Set to Deepen Economic Ties as Minister Goyal Heads to Washington

Delhi — India’s Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal is scheduled to travel to the United States on September 22, 2025, as part of an official delegation to strengthen bilateral trade relations.

According to the Commerce Ministry, the visit will focus on advancing ongoing trade discussions, addressing tariff and regulatory concerns, and exploring new opportunities for investment and cooperation in key sectors.
